How You’ll Shine:

The Housekeeping Dispatcher will support general Resort andHousekeeping/Maintenance operations by answering all incoming callsfor housekeeping services, relaying information to the appropriateteam member(s) or department and follow up on completion ofexpectations to ensure prompt and efficient guest satisfaction. HowYou’ll Make an

Impact:

Act as direct liaison between resort guestsand housekeeping staff. Respond to all incoming guest and frontdesk requests for housekeeping or maintenance services. Run dailyclean/dirty unit reports. Record, delegate and monitor housekeepingproductivity for timely completion. Report status of assignmentsand communicate readiness of units to Front Desk and management.

Perform basic clerical assignments. Observe precautions required toprotect hotel and guest property, and report damage, theft, andfound articles to supervisors.
