Lead Towing Dispatcher Position Available In Broward, Florida

Lead Towing Dispatcher Allstar Autoworks Inc. 2641 NE 5th Avenue, Pompano Beach, FL 33064 Job Overview We are a high volume towing company that is seeking an Experienced Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous dispatching experience, preferably in the towing industry with AAA or equivalent, and must be comfortable working in a high-energy, multitasking environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous dispatching experience required (towing or similar industry required).
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Strong computer skills; experience with Towbook or similar dispatch software preferred.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Automotive knowledge/background is a plus.
