Dispatcher for Concrete Pumping Services (Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred – Not required) KAM Concrete Pumping 3914 Tollhouse Drive, Naples, FL 34114 At Kam Concrete Pumping we are a leading provider of concrete pumping services, recognized for our commitment to quality, safety and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking preferably but not required a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) dispatcher to join our team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our pumping services. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule concrete pumping services efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and service. Communicate effectively with customers, contractors and operators to manage dispatch operations. Monitor pump routes and optimize schedules for efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate recordings of dispatch records and service logs. Address and resolve scheduling conflicts and emergencies promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service execution and customer satisfaction. Review operators daily time and job specifications prior to billing. Qualifications Previous experience in dispatching or similar role preferred but not required, willing to train Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage schedule effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and problem solve effectively. Strong computer skills to effectively manage monitor pumps & scheduling.(Training provided for our scheduling program). Knowledge of concrete pumping equipment and construction industry standards a plus, but not necessary. Must be able to lift 50lbs , sit and stand. Current drivers license and transportation required to bring employee to and from work. Kam is a DFWP, drug screen required prior to hiring.
