Job Description
Towing Dispatcher GH Towing LLC Naples, FL 34104 •English/Spanish required. •This position involves, answering incoming calls, dispatching tow trucks in a timely manner, by providing drivers with the necessary information to complete the calls. Keeping customers informed about the status of their service requests and addressing any concerns. Keeping detailed logs of service calls, work orders, and other relevant information. Other duties may include processing payments, taking messages, etc.
Resolving customer issues:
Assisting in resolving customer complaints. Maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor, under pressure. This could potentially be a hybrid position.
