DESCRIPTION
Position responsible to provide direction, communications with all operators while monitoring system performance and making scheduling adjustments where necessary to maximize on-time performance, minimize customer wait times, minimize service disruptions as a result of vehicle/operator availability and/or emergency situations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
General responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Coordinate and schedule chauffeurs/drivers to fleet vehicles Recommend and arrange transportation options for clients Provide quotes and enter new business into our reservation system Create and maintain trip manifests Monitor dispatch board for potential issues Add, change or delete scheduled stops in planning Research and resolve client issues quickly and accurately
Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years of transportation industry preferred 2-3 years of customer service experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs Ability to multi-task Dependable Must be able to work all shifts (Evening & Weekend shifts)
