We are looking for people who: Are hardworking Do the right thing Are dependable and reliable Do it right the first time Are team players Job Summary The Dispatcher is responsible for communicating with drivers and sales people to respond to incoming service orders, schedule service, resolve route and service issues, and complete daily routing and data entry. A high level of organization, logistical thinking, the ability to multitask, and a sharp attention to detail are required in order to succeed in this role. This role is in person, from 7:00am – 4:00pm. Duties & Responsibilities Manage the fluid routes and schedules of our trucks and drivers Accurately schedule service requests with multiple variables Field calls from drivers and sales people Review driver logs, pictures, and paperwork for accuracy and make corrections when needed Scan and upload paperwork to relative locations Generate weekly reports for inventory management and leadership meetings Provide general administrative and clerical support Skills & Abilities Quick learner who understands your own learning style Be adaptive in an ever changing, growing company Highly organized Good at puzzle solving and thinking outside of the box Have an in depth understanding of logistics and route planning Must not be geographically, directionally challenged Be able to think proactively and assess situations for potential issues Maintain a clear head in a sometimes fast paced and stressful environment Effectively communicate via phone and email with both peers and customers Have excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work Be customer service oriented

Requirements Education:

High school diploma or GED is required

Experience:

At least two years relevant work experience A demonstrated track record of consistent, long-term employment Must not have a criminal background Must be able to pass a drug test
