About the Role This is a front-line support role centered around managing client communication, organizing the ticketing system, and scheduling our technical team. You’ll be responsible for answering phones, creating support tickets, triaging basic information, and dispatching tickets to the right technicians. You’ll play a key role in keeping our service delivery smooth and efficient. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and emails from clients in a friendly, professional manner Create, categorize, and prioritize support tickets based on client needs Assign tickets to technicians and maintain the service board Schedule service appointments and manage updates to the calendar Monitor open tickets and follow up to ensure timely resolution Communicate effectively between clients and internal teams Participate in internal training and support workflows Who We’re Looking For A clear communicator with strong attention to detail Friendly and customer-service oriented Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once Comfortable using technology, with basic familiarity of computers Eager to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
