- This is NOT a remote position.
Knowledge/experience with various motor clubs is a plus. Dress code. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work. Preferred experience in the towing industry, but will train. Must have open availability, including required weekend work. Compensation will be determined based on knowledge and experience. We do pre-employment drug testing, so the applicant must be able to pass.
- Please note: a marijuana medical card will not work to pass the drug test. This is a drug-free workplace.
- Position requirements: answer multiple phone lines, typing/inputting customer information, release vehicles from impound, assist customers in a professional demeanor, send and receive emails, multitask, be punctual with reliable transportation, Candidates should have some of the following skills and qualifications:
- Computer skills: type 35 WPM
- Data entry
- Be able to work in a fast-paced office environment
- Punctual with reliable transportation
- Answer phones: multiple phone lines
- Process paperwork
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or other related fields
- Ability to navigate the internet: send and receive emails
