Daytime Towing Dispatcher Aces Towing and Auto Repair Leesburg, FL 34748 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of customers vehicle. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in logistics management, and the ability to analyze data effectively. Duties Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette. Coordinate transportation tow trucks to broken down vehicle to drop off locations. Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to track tows and other work. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records of movements. Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Qualifications Proven experience in logistics or transportation management is preferred. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Ability to analyze information effectively and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience with phone systems and customer service is essential. We are willing to train the right person if certain skills or experience is not there. 40 hours a week, PTO time available.
