Role and Responsibilities Have excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills. Have a solid understanding of basic office equipment and programs. Must be able to work in a fast paced team environment as well as independently. Multitasking is a must, with the ability to efficiently toggle between multiple applications to monitor and support a fleet of 25+ couriers. Self-driven problem solver with incredible attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. Must be willing to assist in warehouse operations when needed. MUST be bilingual (Spanish & English) MUST be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
