Commercial Service Dispatcher 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars Belleview, FL 34420 Nash Plumbing and Mechanical LLC, an employee-owned company, has been in business for over 50 years and is seeking a Dispatcher for our commercial service division.

Essential Functions:

Dispatching and Scheduling of multiple Technicians’ daily schedules (experience in dispatching plumbing and HVAC is required) Manage incoming calls Experience with Service Titan or BuildOps dispatching software or similar Checking Technicians in/out of jobs Serve as the primary point of contact for Account Managers and client inquiries Communicate clearly and promptly with Account Managers, Clients, and Technicians via phone and email Maintain organized records of work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, and charges for work performed Prepare and submit detailed cost estimates for plumbing & HVAC projects, ensuring all aspects are covered. Relay messages accurately and efficiently Have exceptional organizational skills, can pay attention to the details, and manage time wisely Requirements Experience in a fast-paced environment Experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Administrative and clerical procedures Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to receive and send emails promptly Strong attention to detail, reliable, honest, and trustworthy Positive attitude with a high level of motivation and initiative Ability to work independently and as part of a team Sales experience preferred

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (typically, but may vary)
