COMMAND CENTER DISPATCHER

Confisa Group Miami, FL 33133 We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Command Center Dispatcher with excellent communication skills to join our team. This role is essential for coordinating real-time incident responses, maintaining operational oversight, and supporting emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Real-time incident monitoring and response coordination. Effective communication with internal and external teams. Detailed event logging and report generation. Security systems oversight and operational support. Crisis management and emergency escalation.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED. 1 to 3 years of experience in security operations, emergency dispatch, surveillance monitoring, or law enforcement/military communications. Knowledge of emergency management, digital literacy (MS Office, web apps, and video surveillance tools). Prior Security Operations Center (SOC) training is preferred. Strong observational skills, critical thinking, and professional communication. High attention to detail and accurate record-keeping abilities. Valid D security license. Must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States. Willingness to undergo and pass drug testing and a background check (per Section 112.0455). This is an in-person role with on-site presence required.
