Dispatcher – Trinity Health PACE Position Purpose As a Dispatcher, you’ll play a key role in coordinating safe, timely transportation services for our participants. You’ll manage schedules, communicate with drivers and staff, and help keep everything running smoothly to support our mission of compassionate, person-centered care. What You Will Do Schedule and dispatch drivers for daily routes, appointments, and deliveries Maintain clear, proactive communication with drivers, supervisors, and other departments Reroute and adjust schedules as needed to meet participant needs Ensure transportation software and records are up to date Act as backup driver when necessary Support compliance with safety standards and PACE program requirements Participate in training, quality improvement, and team meetings Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year working with seniors or vulnerable populations (or willingness to complete training) Valid driver’s license with clean record Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and scheduling systems Must meet applicable health and safety requirements Position Highlights & Benefits Be part of a mission-driven team caring for the elderly Collaborate in a supportive, team-focused environment Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package Opportunities for training, growth, and career advancement Make a real difference in your community every day About Trinity Health PACE Trinity Health PACE is part of Trinity Health, one of the largest Catholic healthcare systems in the nation.
