Job Details
We are seeking a reliable and organized Bilingual Dispatcher (English/Spanish) to join our team in our Brownsville, Miami office. The ideal candidate will have experience in container logistics and port operations, and will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of drivers transporting containers from the ports to various destinations across Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for container pickups and deliveries throughout Florida
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Communicate effectively with drivers, port personnel, and customers in both English and Spanish
• Use PortPro software to schedule, update, and manage dispatch operations
• Handle real-time changes and problem-solve logistical issues as they arise
• Ensure compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and port authority requirements
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, routes, and service times
• Provide daily reports to the General Manager

Qualifications:

• Bilingual:

  Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)

• Required
• Experience with container logistics and port operations

Work Environment:

• Office-based position located in Brownsville, Miami, FL
• Monday
• Friday 7am-4pm + opportunities for overtime!
