Summary:

Coordination of all non-emergency transportation of patients/clients to and from their private residences to primary care medical offices and/or specialists; in a safe, secure and professional manner.

Works to comply with appropriate government and company regulations.

Duties and responsibilities:

Keeps track of the driver’s progress while they are on their routes. Follows the driver’s routes by using available technology. Checks the departure and starting time of all patients trips. Deals and interacts daily with drivers and patients. Solves patient complaints with specific trips as required. Willing to work any shift if the job demands it. Maintains professional relations with transportation drivers. Schedules and routes trips in the most efficient manner.

Qualifications:

Fully bilingual English/Spanish Professional background. Transportation dispatching experience minimum 1-3 year experience. Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt to changing situations, and listen to feedback. Customer service-oriented mentality with attention to detail. Must be able to work late shifts or flexible work schedules as needed. Ability to Multitask Ability to prioritize situations and react quickly to changing dynamics. Must pass a mandatory criminal background test.
