KPI’s Qualifications Terminals daily inventory levels
Ready mix inventory levels
Confirmed orders with delivery date and time
Delays and contingencies
Plants production capacity
Transportation capacity
College degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics (dispatching) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong leadership skills
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Trucking and Cement Terminal Operations experience required.
Background in TL
Truck driving experience desirable Working Conditions Continuous exposure to extreme heat, extreme cold, extreme noise, and working outdoors
Must wear protective equipment while at the location Physical Requirements Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently Job involves sitting most of the time, but also involves walking or standing for brief periods of time
