Summary
An Overnight Security Dispatcher in a hotel plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. In addition to general security duties, their responsibilities in hotel operations include:
Guest Safety & Assistance:
Responding to guest concerns, coordinating emergency responses, and ensuring a secure environment.
Hotel Surveillance:
Monitoring security cameras, alarm systems, and restricted areas to prevent unauthorized access.
Incident Management:
Documenting security-related events, handling disturbances, and working with hotel management to resolve issues.
Collaboration with
Hotel Staff:
Communicating with front desk personnel, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to address security concerns.
Emergency Protocols:
Implementing fire safety procedures, medical response plans, and evacuation protocols.
Asset Protection:
Safeguarding hotel property, including valuables, equipment, and confidential information

Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Refined verbal and writtenmunication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Proficient in basicputer skills
Previous security experience preferred
