The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating logistics and ensuring efficient communication between our service teams and clients. This position requires strong phone etiquette, data entry skills, and the ability to manage freight operations effectively. The Service Dispatcher will utilize tools such as QuickBooks, GPS, and Fieldedge to streamline processes of scheduling service and maintainance calls. Responsibilities Manage incoming service requests and schedule dispatches efficiently. Communicate with service teams to ensure timely response to client needs. Utilize SyteLine and GPS systems for tracking shipments and optimizing routes. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records of service activities. Coordinate scheduling, ensuring bset customer service. Monitor service performance metrics and report on operational efficiency. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service status and updates. Collaborate with service techs to enhance overall service delivery. Experience Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics role is preferred. Familiarity with QB, GPS tracking systems, and Fieldedge operations is advantageous. Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills are essential. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
