Daily activities:

• Manage incoming calls and interact professionally with both customers and employees.
• Manage service needs by evaluating repair scope, parts availability, target completion dates, and technician expertise.
• Manage technician schedules and ensure timely dispatch to job sites.
• Monitor and update open work orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time completion.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a consistent, friendly, and professional approach.
• Assist customers by providing informed guidance on available parts and service options for their equipment.
• Manage administrative tasks related to warranty claims, credits, purchase orders, parts requisitions, core returns, and packing slips.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver timely service and maintain customer satisfaction.
