PM Flexibility Required:

Must be able to rotate between three shifts as needed: 5:00 AM

• 2:00 PM 8:00 AM
• 5:00 PM (Main Shift) 10:00 AM
• 7:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Report driver performance issues or concerns to management for resolution Make real-time route adjustments using the interactive RISE Platform to improve efficiency and accuracy Use RISE Maps to plan for same-day changes or next-day service needs while enhancing route design Ensure all route data is verified and closed out on time with accuracy and durability Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during transit Collect, interpret, and analyze logistics data (e.g., inventory, asset reliability, route metrics) to improve routing accuracy Maintain constant communication with drivers to monitor progress and provide essential information Create and sequence routes that are operationally sound and efficient

Make changes to daily route information in a more efficient, proactive, and real time way to increase Route Standardization, Efficiency and Accuracy using the highly interactive and user-friendly RISE Platform. Use RISE Map s visibility and flexibility to respond to same day changes or next day planning for the service needs of our Customers to drive on-route efficiencies and improve route design by identifying patterns. While verifying the data for accuracy, making the close route process durable and efficient so all routes are closed on time. Quickly and proactively resolve problems that may arise while Trucks and Drivers are in transit. Collect, interpret, and analyze various types of logistics data including inventory, asset reliability, and other route data to make decisions that increase overall Routing Accuracy.
