Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Dispatcher with a fast-pace and very respected plumbing company here located in the Bradenton/Sarasota, FL area.
Job Details:
Answer phones in a friendly manner and transfer to the appropriate department when needed. Address customer concerns and provide relevant information. Coordinate with customers to schedule plumbing services. Maintain accurate customer records and service history. Input and update appointment details in the scheduling system. Assign plumbers to jobs based on their skills, location, and availability. Communicate job details to the plumbing team.
Requirements:
