Niagara Sprinkler Systems, Inc. is looking for a sharp, driven Service and Warranty Dispatcher to help keep our schedules tight, our customers happy, and our technicians moving.
This is a hybrid position — most of your workload can be handled from home, with occasional in-person meetings or office visits as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Answer and manage incoming service and warranty calls from customers and new home builders Schedule and dispatch service and warranty technicians using Housecall Pro Communicate across multiple channels — phone calls, emails, text messages, and web apps — to keep everyone in the loop Maintain and update daily service and warranty calendars Prioritize emergency calls and handle last-minute schedule changes like a pro Confirm appointments and follow up with customers and builders Stay sharp on local watering schedules, reclaim watering hours, and restrictions by county, city, and subdivision Collect detailed notes from technicians and update customer records Support the service manager with operational tasks like parts tracking and warranty management During the
Slower Season, You’ll Also:
Organize and audit customer and warranty records Assist with inventory management Reach out to past customers for maintenance or upgrade opportunities Help create marketing materials and seasonal scheduling plans Follow up on invoices and help with light collections Update internal processes and tech training as needed Assist with filing, SOPs, and keeping the office running smoothly Attend trainings and safety meetings
Requirements:
Must have experience as a dispatcher in a service-based industry (irrigation, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) Must be highly skilled at handling communication from multiple sources at once (phone, text, email, web apps) Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment during busy seasons Must be great at scheduling smart and efficiently — like grouping customers geographically to save time Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail Tech-savvy and comfortable with scheduling software
Preferred Skills:
