Whether it’s directing the right wrecker to a roadside emergency or resolving customer concerns, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operation. What You’ll Be Doing ✔ Dispatch wrecker services based on customer needs and vehicle types ✔ Take and process calls quickly, accurately gathering details and calculating mileage and pricing ✔ Communicate effectively with drivers and customers alike ✔ Handle complaints calmly and professionally ✔ Maintain detailed records and route logs What We’re Looking For Previous dispatch experience (Towing industry preferred) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Capable of mileage mapping , pricing calls, and assigning the correct equipment Dependable, solution-oriented, and detail-driven Work Schedule Monday
