We have been in business since 2006 and we are recognized as one of the premier providers of drayage services in the Savannah, GA market. We manage dry and refrigerated containers with particularly strong practice in refrigerated drayage, local and regional. Additionally, we provide yard management services (yard jockey). Key components of our culture are safety, customer service, teamwork, metrics management, and career advancement. We are expanding to Jacksonville, FL and Charleston, SC. We will be adding to our management team to support our aggressive growth plans, and this position is key. Responsibilities

• Execute a daily operations plan that meets/exceeds customer expectations. Manage and communicate with a group of assigned drivers.
• Work closely with other key departments – Safety, Driver Recruitment, Training
• Customer Satisfaction.
• Driver Satisfaction.

The most important aspect of this position is to work as a member of a team. The person we hire will possess the ability to always put safety as a number 1 priority. Specific skills required:

• Respect for drivers and the important and dangerous job they do.
• Experience in the drayage industry, and a proven track record.
• Experience with GPA and the Savannah drayage market.
• Strong process orientation.
• Strong Continuous Improvement orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Adaptive learner who takes initiative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and especially strong in Excel.
• Technology savvy, especially with tractor telematics and TMS. Compensation
