We are seeking a dedicated and experienced AAA Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for coordinating roadside assistance services for AAA members, ensuring timely and effective responses to emergency requests. Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch roadside assistance to AAA members using proprietary dispatching systems. Prioritize and assign service calls based on urgency, location, and available resources. Monitor service progress and ensure timely response to all emergency requests. Maintain detailed records of all dispatched services and interactions. Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with service providers to ensure the efficient completion of tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time, ensuring member satisfaction. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to address any concerns. Adhere to all AAA policies and procedures to maintain safety and service quality.
Qualifications:
Mandatory Experience:
At least 2 years of previous experience in AAA dispatching or a related role in a roadside assistance setting. Strong knowledge of AAA protocols, service procedures, and dispatching systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions. Proficient in using dispatching software and systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with GPS systems and mapping tools. Experience with handling high-call volumes efficiently. Bilingual skills (Spanish, etc.) a plus.
