Role Responsibilities Maintain the day to day operation Consistently monitor the schedule Ensure resources are available and properly allocated Communicate any maintenance issues Communicate any flight changes with CFIs, Students, and Renters Create a professional environment and welcome prospective students/customers Dispatch all activities according to procedures Maintain schedule accuracy Inventory Management PSI management and proctoring Close out all cashier tickets Monitor passed scheduled for open tickets End of Day report Monitor weather according to school minimums Operational administrative support Answer and filter phone calls professionally Qualifications High School Diploma Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) Aviation Knowledge (preferred) Requirements Flexible availability Strong computer skills Phone etiquette Professional Organized Multi-Tasker Self-Starter Physical Demands Sitting for long periods of time Typing and view computer monitor for long periods of time Must be able to lift 50 lbs Ability to walk up and down stairs Position Type and Expected Hours of Work Part-Time 14-24 Hours / Week Weekend shifts as needed Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
