What You’ll Do:

Coordinate driver schedules and optimize routing to meet customer needs Ensure compliance with Hours of Service (HOS), DOT regulations, and company policies Communicate daily with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve scheduling, safety, or equipment issues Maintain dispatch schedules and update systems with current load and delivery status Track driver credentials and manage access requirements for customer sites Monitor and manage driver wait times, route deviations, and safety incidents Support drivers during breakdowns and ensure timely updates to operations Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction

Ideal Candidate:

2 years transportation experience preferred Dispatch experience required Knowledge of DOT regulations and CDL Hours of Service Well versed in TMW (or other industry software) and ELD systems Detail oriented with an ability to positively influence others across multiple groups An ability to work independently relying on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish tasks Ability to act as the first point of contact for emergency calls from drivers Must be able to work flexible hours and occasional weekends Ability to lift 25 lbs and conduct routine yard checks Full Time Work!
