Job Summary A well-established Limousine Service based in the Northeast Atlanta area seeks a Dispatch Department Supervisor in a fast-paced environment, with a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience. Responsibilities and Duties Oversee the operation of our Dispatch Office at Atlantic Limousine and Transportation Ensure the Dispatcher are following company protocol in assigning Chauffeurs to jobs following company protocol and ensuring on-time pick-up of our customers Coach Dispatchers on better customer service skill, company protocol, and cross selling. Review reservations to ensure completeness, so no service issues arise downstream after the job has been dispatched This is a ‘working’ position any you will be expected to assist in dispatching during the peak times.
Qualifications and Skills :
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage people Computer literate. Must type a minimum of 25wpm Ability to quickly learn reservation software Ability to handle multiple tasks. Ability to work as a team player. Previous limousine or transportation service or similar (Courier, Transportation, Travel Agency, Hotel, etc.) experience a plus.
