Dispatcher/Routing specialist Position Available In Effingham, Georgia

Dispatcher/Routing specialist Platinum Appliance Services LLC 807 South Laurel Street, Springfield, GA 31329 We are a growing appliance repair company looking for a great person to come join us. The Dispatcher will be responsible for being the first line of contact for incoming calls. They will be responsible for answering the phone, gathering information from the client, and scheduling the call. They will also dispatch, and route calls for technicians, they will help technicians with part availability and return dates, lots of data entry, the use of excel is preferred, multi-tasking is necessary as well as quickness to complete tasks. You will be processing part orders, returns, credits and sorting for upcoming jobs. You must be self-motivated and responsible, this is a 9am

• 5pm Monday
• Friday job.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls, gather information, and assign jobs to the appropriate technician
• Friendly, outgoing personality is necessary!
• Coordinate and assist technicians throughout the day with part lookup and return dates
• Communicate with clients on the status of technicians, parts, and status of appointments
• Order necessary parts and schedule return visits in a timely manner
• Assist with vehicle maintenance logs
• Reconcile expense receipts from technician vans monthly
• Organize incoming parts and label for upcoming jobs
• Process part returns and credits for parts accounts
• Data entry, invoicing and filing claims

• Must pass background screening
