In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for reliability and efficiency. Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch drivers, trucks, and equipment for daily operations Coordinate deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely and cost-effective routes Communicate clearly with drivers and field personnel throughout the day Monitor truck locations and driver status using GPS or dispatch software Track loads, delivery times, and maintain accurate documentation Handle last-minute changes, delays, and rerouting with problem-solving mindset Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies Maintain logs and records of calls, routes, fuel usage, and driver performance Qualifications Proven experience as a dispatcher in trucking, logistics, or construction hauling Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and truck routing logistics Proficient with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems (e.g., Samsara, Fleetmatics, TMS platforms) Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle unexpected changes Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required We are a Drug Free Workplace & an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
