Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule transportation for shipments, ensuring timely delivery to customers. Monitor fleet operations and manage logistics to optimize efficiency. Perform data entry tasks related to shipment tracking and inventory management. Utilize transportation management software such as Oracle Transportation Management, AS400, or SyteLine for planning and reporting. Communicate effectively with drivers, suppliers, and customers to resolve any issues that may arise during the transportation process. Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement in logistics processes. Maintain accurate records of freight movements and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Skills Strong knowledge of logistics and fleet management principles. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Experience with supply chain management practices is preferred. Familiarity with transportation planning tools such as Oracle Transportation Management or AS400 is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of freight operations and regulations is beneficial.
