Job Description:

Dispatch a core group of technicians and manage a daily service schedule in an efficient and timely manner Communicate with and update customers based on the daily service schedule Handle customer inquiries with professionalism Manage a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues as they arise, and provide solutions and/or alternatives Provide information about our services Build sustainable relationships with both customers and technicians Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products, services, and technician skillsets to utilize when making decisions based on specific customer request/needs Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Education and Experience Requirements:
