Front Counter Sales/Dispatch 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Darien, GA 31305
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Consultation Greet and assist customers with inquiries related to tires and repair services Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions Clearly explain services, pricing, and estimated timelines Sales & Service Coordination Provide knowledgeable support on products and services offered Respond to incoming service calls promptly and professionally Schedule service appointments based on customer needs and shop capacity Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely job completion Administrative & Operational Support Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and sales Process invoices and payment transactions with precision Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure product availability
Qualifications:
Experience Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or dispatch preferred Knowledge of tires, automotive services, or the trucking industry is a plus Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Requirements Professional demeanor and ability to handle high-volume customer interactions Basic computer proficiency and comfort with sales/service software Valid driver’s license may be required based on job duties
