Job Overview:

We’re looking for a reliable and organized Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team. This position is crucial to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring that our customers receive fast, dependable roadside assistance. You’ll be responsible for coordinating drivers, dispatching tow trucks, and providing excellent communication between our team and customers in need. Responsibilities and Duties:

Receive and respond to customer calls for towing and roadside assistance services Dispatch tow truck drivers efficiently based on location, availability, and job urgency Track and monitor all active jobs and update customers with ETAs Maintain accurate records of calls, dispatches, and services performed Communicate with drivers throughout their shift to ensure job completion Collaborate with mechanics, impound yards, and law enforcement as needed Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively Provide friendly, professional customer service via phone and radio Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in dispatch, transportation, or towing is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure Good geographical knowledge of the service area Basic computer skills and comfort using dispatch software Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as required Our dispatchers operate under a “Rotating Schedule,” so you MUST be able to work this schedule. This is a

FULL-TIME

position (40 hours or more). There are no permanent shifts. You may work 11:00am – 7:00pm today, and tomorrow you may work 3:00pm – 11:00pm (You will know way in advance what your schedule looks like). During “Training,” performed in-house, you will work during the day (9:00am – 5:00pm or 8:00am – 4:00pm).

$11.00 – $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
