In this position, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service by efficiently scheduling and dispatching qualified HVAC technicians to service requests. You will also provide support to other dispatchers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. This is a remote position, with required evening ability. Must live in the state of Georgia. HVAC dispatching experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Receive and prioritize customer service requests for various home services (main focus in HVAC) Schedule and dispatch qualified technicians based on skillset, availability, and job urgency Communicate effectively with customers and technicians, ensuring clear and timely updates Maintain accurate records of all dispatched jobs and customer interactions Monitor technician performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement to their management Identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts Train and mentor new dispatchers, fostering a positive and supportive team environment Lead by example, demonstrating strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction Partner with our HVAC technicians and other support staff to ensure their success through a servant-minded dispatch approach Schedule will be 4 x 10 hour days when not in summer months Schedule will be 5 x 8 hour days summer during months Shifts are 10:00AM-8:00PM with rotating Saturday’s during non-summer months and 12:00PM-8:00PM with rotating Saturday’s during summer months. Must have your own computer with 2 monitors and a hard wired internet connection.

Must have experience in HVAC Dispatch Proven track record of consistency and reliability in previous roles Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment Must be a good person, ethical & of good morals Must reside within the state of

Georgia Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the home services industry 2 years of experience working on a PC and Business Phone handling Basic admin duties/reporting Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatching software, bonus points if you have Service Titan Experience!
