Job Summary:

The Dispatcher is primarily responsible for assigning and dispatching technicians to appropriate locations. The Dispatcher reports to the Service Manager and supports administration functions.

Requirements:

Ability to read, comprehend and write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other Team Members. Must be detailed and customer service oriented, possess organizational skills, and be able to work well with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Duties:

Be knowledgeable of company policies and procedures, processes, Team Member expectations, and quality and safety standards necessary to represent CMC Corporate Solutions in a professional manner. Become proficient with the company’s service / accounting / management software. (Coins) Answers phone and emails and transfer as necessary. Generates service calls. Dispatches technicians and maintains dispatch board. Issues purchase orders. Assists with parts ordering. Maintains the on-call schedule. Performs non-specific duties that arise in support of our team’s efforts. Other other duties as assigned.
