A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCHER

In this dispatch role, you will start each day by reviewing and organizing the schedule, assigning service calls, and dispatching technicians through our CRM system. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for maintaining open lines of communication with both technicians and homeowners, providing updates, tracking job progress, and resolving scheduling challenges as they arise. This position is central to maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DISPATCHER

Proficiency in dispatching software

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in tracking and coordinating technicians Strong organizational skills and a knack for clear communication

WORK SCHEDULE

The typical schedule for this full-time dispatch role is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
