• Schedule and dispatch delivery vans daily
• Provide real-time communication and support to drivers
• Monitor route progress and address any delays or issues
• Record and report delivery updates
• Assist with van availability and light maintenance coordination.

Skills Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous dispatch or logistics experience is a plus Knowledge of van fleet maintenance is a strong advantage Must be dependable and proactive Knowledge of GPS technology for route optimization.
