We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Delivery Dispatcher. The Delivery Dispatcher will provide daily support to our customers and delivery fleet. They will be responsible for tracking our delivery teams and making sure that product is delivered to our customers in a proper, safe, and timely manner. They will also need to work with other departments to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 year’s customer service experience with a focus on situation resolution and customer relationship building. Candidate must have a pleasant demeanor and professional image and the ability to excel in a team environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Assist both customers and internal staff with delivery operation needs Resolution of customer issues regarding appliance & service Scheduling for delivery, technical and installation teams Inbound & outbound calls and emails responding to technical and sales inquiries

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Post secondary education preferred Must be a team player Self-motivated and with ability to multi-task in a team atmosphere PC literate in Microsoft Office applications Excel and Outlook Call center experience required Strong communication skills (verbal & written) Listening, analytical and reasoning skills Empathy, diplomacy and de-escalation skills Excellent organizational and follow-up skills Saturday work schedule required Must consent to a criminal background screening

Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm

Regular Schedule:

Monday-Friday:

8:30am-5pm with rotating Saturday. Hybrid schedule with both in person (3 days per week) and remote days (2 days per week) after training period has been completed.
