Starting Pay:
$18 per hour! Optima is a regional delivery company based in Woburn, MA that has been in business for over 45 years. Optima offers regional next day and last mile delivery service to over 1200 zip codes throughout New England. We are continually looking for drivers to join our growing business. Job Responsibilities As a dispatcher, you will be responsible for creating route maps and dispatching delivery drivers. Communicating with drivers, managers, and other departments Process and maintain delivery reports Follow up on driver and customer delivery questions Ability to lift 50 lbs Candidate must be able to provide highest quality customer satisfaction Submit criminal background check Must have clean driving record for the last 3 years Candidate must be 21 years of age or older (No exceptions) Must use bar code scanning and electronic signature capture technologies We use the latest technology to help optimize deliveries within your pre-determined routes
