Specific Responsibilities:

Dispatch scheduled service, maintenance, and sales calls Assist other team members to provide a high level of customer satisfaction Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer inquiries Issue purchase orders and verify that all required information is included for efficient processing Process vendor warranty items, ensuring they are handled and submitted to vendors properly and in a timely manner Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:
