WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , with participation in an on-call rotation to manage after-hours calls and job scheduling. This is not a remote position.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

Your day as a Plumbing Dispatcher, you will play a pivotal role in our operations by handling incoming calls from customers, technicians, and vendors with professionalism and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for booking jobs, coordinating permits and locates, and scheduling crews to meet service demands. Additionally, you’ll monitor technicians’ schedules to ensure punctual arrivals, manage clock-ins and clock-outs, and conduct debriefs after completed jobs. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll balance multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR PLUMBING DISPATCHER

Experience scheduling and dispatching crews or the ability to quickly learn Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Ability to type at least 40 words per minute while managing multiple tasks Strong organizational and time-management skills Customer-focused, professional attitude that thrives in fast-paced environments Excellent communication skills and attention to detail We invite you to apply today.
