Network Technical Operations Dispatcher Position Available In Jackson, Missouri

Job Description:

The NTO Dispatcher is primarily responsible for the dispatchingof all outside plant repair technicians, as well as inside planttechnicians in the field. This includes coordinating, and planninggeographically, how and where to send technicians for repair jobsand production related tasks. The NTO Dispatcher will act as aliaison between internal teams reporting issues and requests bemade to the Network Technical Operations organization. Theserequests will consisting of, but not limited to; trouble ticketsfor repairs, network deployments, ensuring scheduled plannedmaintenance work during maintenance window hours is completed asscheduled, physical path relocations, and physical audits ofexisting network elements. NTO Dispatchers will also be highlyactive with day to day reporting to NTO management and engaged inproject management activity regularly. This role is within a very fast paced, highly reactive, andconstant changing environment, where all situations being reportedare of the utmost urgency. This candidate must be motivated, have agreat phone personality, excellent written communication skills,and be able to demonstrate self control under extremecircumstances. In addition, must be process oriented and also beable to follow directions as process changes are implemented inreal time.
