We are a busy towing company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers and drivers, you will play a critical role in coordinating tow truck operations and providing top-tier customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and dispatch tow trucks promptly Monitor driver activity and ensure timely response to service calls Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, and law enforcement Use dispatch software and GPS systems to manage fleet logistics
Training Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00 PM (required until fully trained)
