We have an employee/driver friendly headquarters offering a fully equipped fitness center, showers, game/break room, theatre room, BBQ/patio area, as well as height adjustable workstations.

AFTER HOURS DISPATCH & OPERATIONS

We are seeking full time experienced dispatchers to join our team. The Afterhours Dispatcher has several roles depending on the specific shift. Shifts vary, with schedules ranging from 4:00 pm to 4:00 am and 7:00 pm to 7:00am, rotating four days on, four days off. Shift Leader (nights/weekend shift):

• Answer all driver-related calls and assist in any capacity
• Coordinate truck breakdowns & trailer repairs
• Answer all customer & broker correspondence via email and phone calls
• Ensure that all load orders that come Afterhours are entered and handled
• Track and trace shipments as needed or requested
• Process shipment check calls and trailer inspections
• Ensure that any truck showing available on the board is posted on DAT
• Dispatch trucks on loads as needed per direction from Operations.
• Process BOLS as they come over DITAT from drivers
• Issue money codes, open fuel cards, and handle lumpers as needed Required Qualifications Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (verbal and written).

Work well under pressure, able to multi-task and organize. Moderate understanding of DOT regulations. Moderate understanding of Hours of Service and eLog requirements. Novice to moderate understanding and practice experience utilizing DAT 360

$40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
