Weekend Dispatcher K Jett Services Missouri • Remote We’re a busy and growing plumbing company based in Belton, MO , looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Weekend Dispatcher to join our team. If you’re a motivated professional with strong communication skills and a knack for keeping things organized, we want to hear from you!

Remote- Central Standard Time Schedule:
Friday 5:00pm-Monday 7:00am (hours discussed during interview)
Environment:
Small office team, supportive and collaborative Opportunity for occasional weekday & holiday additional hours if desired
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently Provide general administrative and receptionist support Help ensure smooth daily operations Collaborate with colleagues and assist in covering shifts if needed
What We’re Looking For:
RELIABLE-attendance is extremely important! Previous experience in dispatching is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized, detail-focused, and adaptable under pressure Comfortable using standard office equipment and software A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to cross-train Why Join Us?
