While our clients vary, two provide transportation solutions to the elderly and those with disabilities. Each day, including nights, weekends and all holidays, our team members dedicate their time to ensuring our customers’ needs are met with respect and compassion and that they are transported safely. As a Dispatcher, you will serve as the eyes and ears of our drivers and will work closely with the greater operations team to maximize efficiency in driver routes. You will assist with organizing and conducting activities to ensure the safe, cost-effective, and timely operating performance and routing of our drivers. You will also be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients by answering their calls and ensuring their requests receive the attention and follow-through required. You will work in more than one software platform and must be moderately computer savvy and accustomed to responding to email inquiries. Being organized, articulate, flexible with your scheduling needs, and able to transition between tasks are essential attributes for your success in this position. While previous experience in a call center or transportation-related field is beneficial, it is not mandatory. At Trace Management, teamwork and flexibility are paramount. Because we work so closely with each other, we understand the importance of positive energy and enjoying our time at work! We must be able to rely on and support each other. Given that we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all holidays, a degree of flexibility with schedules is necessary for all of us. On our best days, the phones are ringing, our drivers’ routes are on time, clients and customers are pleased with the services provided, and we meet or even exceed our daily goals.
