Position Purpose:
  • As a Shuttle Supervisor, you will support all functions of the Transportation Department, with a focus on data analysis, route planning, and operational efficiency.

You will also contribute to the management of drivers, routes, deliveries, maintenance, security and safety, and other transportation-related functions to create direct contributions to the division and to customers’ experiences. A successful candidate will have effectively demonstrated an ability to continuously build better processes, manage daily operations, and instill a culture of innovation.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • You must be able to work Sunday-Thursday starting at 8pm
  • + Responsible for supervision and scheduling of shuttle drivers.

+ Responsible for dispatching of local routes including schedule changes. + Reporting of dispatch information to sales and operations team. + Tracking and logging of driver scan percentages and Samsara scores daily. + Work closely with transportation manager and other staff to plan for optimal use of equipment/assets and associates for optimal efficiencies. + Entry of payroll information for all employees under his/her direct supervision. + Other tasks as assigned by leadership.

  • Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/ GED or Equivalent Experience 2-4 transportation or related experience including knowledge of DOT and safety regulations, along with experience of computerized fleet management systems. Class A commercial drivers license (CDL) certified. Doubles endorsement preferred. If no endorsement, must be obtained within 45 days of hire.
