Discounts on products and services The primary role of the Booker / Dispatcher is to dispatch work to the shop in an effective and efficient manner, also look up and code warranty repairs and invoice paperwork. This position will effectively and efficiently assist in the development and direction of the service team to drive the growth of revenue, technical productivity, and quality assurance and to promote a high level of customer satisfaction.
Pay:

Have the ability to coach and manage performance in positive and negative circumstances Qualifications 2 or more years’ experience in the automotive industry with heavy involvement with the Service Department
CDK experience an plus
Experience as a Service Advisor with a proven track record of sales Warranty administration and understanding Technical background with vehicle maintenance Demonstrated ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
