The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, along with excellent data entry skills. Duties Manage incoming service requests and prioritize based on urgency and availability. Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatches, and customer interactions through data entry. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on service status and address any inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations within the service department. Utilize software for scheduling and dispatching services. Skills Familiarity with scheduling software is preferred. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Experience with phone systems for effective communication. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members effectively. Strong organizational skills to maintain workflow and ensure timely service delivery.
